The Executive Board is pleased to provide you with the most recent copies of our meeting minutes for the Spring and Fall Meetings.
Spring Meeting:
Our Spring Meeting is held at Novice State. It serves as a forum for coaches to come together and discuss various agenda items. These items can include proposals for rule changes, suggestions for new rules, or ideas for improving the operations and management of the league. The meeting allows coaches to voice their opinions and contribute to decision-making.
Fall Meeting:
The Fall Meeting is a crucial event where coaches in attendance can vote on which agenda items will make it onto the ballot for the membership to vote on. This meeting determines the official ballot for important league matters. To make participation more convenient for coaches, we have transitioned to using the Zoom platform for the Fall Meeting, allowing for remote attendance and participation.
We value the input and involvement of our coaches, as their contributions shape the future of the Florida Forensic League. By participating in these meetings, coaches play an essential role in making decisions that impact the league and its members. We hope that by moving to the Zoom platform for the Fall Meeting, we have made it easier for coaches to participate and have their voices heard.
